Several times per week, on a non-routine basis, the Account Manager will inspect the facility. A facility specific inspection form will be formulated and used to document and manage Optima's performance on each cleaning function, and will form the basis of the quality assurance program. The inspection results will form the basis for Optima's quality assurance program to ensure that Customer expectations and project requirements are met, or exceeded.
Performance related concerns and spontaneous service requests should be directed to the Account Manager. For your convenience, and to ensure concurrent delivery of your request to the entire Optima Management team, we urge you to utilize our email help desk, service@optimacleaning.com. Emergency service needs (fire/water damages, etc.) should be phoned into our 24 hour per day manned message center at 302-652-3979 to facilitate immediate action. All "key" personnel, including Management and first responders, are outfitted with digital paging and mobile telephone communication systems to initiate immediate action and responsiveness
